• Reflexology is delivered as pressure applied at specific points on the foot, connecting to organs and body systems.  Reflexology works similarly to acupuncture. This is a great 30-minute addition to any other treatment.

• Neuromuscular Therapy is a technique intended to correct pain and movement dysfunction. This is applied through the manipulation of trigger points, muscle adhesions, and connective tissue patterns. Neuromuscular therapy is especially useful for individuals with neck and back pain due to poor posture.

• Oncology Massage is the modification of standard massage therapy techniques in order to safely work with the complications of cancer and cancer treatments. Rachel is certified in Oncology Massage and Hospice.   

• Chakra Balancing is a great treatment to be combined with Reiki. Chakras are energy centers in the body that correspond to specific nerve bundles and internal organs.  It is very important to keep the main Chakras open for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

• Reiki is shared through gentle, intentional touch. Rachel channels universal life energy and allows that energy to flow through her hands into the client. The process is quiet, intuitive, and deeply calming.
